This legal notice regulates the services Farmaideal available to its users

The user is obliged to inquire into the General Conditions of purchase that we make available, leaving the company exempt from liability for user's lack thereof.

Complying with the provisions of Law 15/1999 of 13 December (Spain) on the Protection of Personal Data, the data that we provide our users will become part of an automated file created and maintained by Farmaideal.

You can access personal data stored therein to modify registry. If you want to cancel, you can request by sending a message with your full name to infoen (at) farmaideal.com and proceed to terminate your account immediately.

The answers to the questions are compulsory. The purpose of the collection of such data shall in no case the transfer of the other providers of services, creation of statistics or other similar purposes, intended to serve just this record for the best development of our services, ensuring complete confidentiality of supplied information and the proper use of them, adopting the necessary technical and organizational measures for the security of this data.

The user agrees that all information provided are true, and update as necessary.

For the stakeholders to whom personal data are requested are expressly informed, precise and unequivocal:
1) There is a file of personal data, whose sole purpose is to meet the demands of clients and the performance of economic activities for which the company is registered in the Public Administration.
2) The customer's right or not completing the details requested.
3) The customer has the right at all times to access, rectification, cancellation and opposition to the processing of such data.
4) The controller of such data is the company Farmaideal, established in Barcelona.
5) The completion by the subject of personal data implies consent to the processing of such data by Farmaideal.
